Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available based on the service packages and plans you choose. Typically, each package includes a limited refund option subject to specific terms and conditions.

Standard Conditions for Non-Refundable Services

Once purchased, packages or services are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply under certain conditions where either full or partial refunds may be granted.

Detailed Terms for Refunds

  1. Non-Delivery of Services: A full refund will be issued if the service is not delivered as promised.
  2. Delayed Services: If there’s a delay in fulfilling your order, we will adjust the delivery date. Refunds are not available for delays.
  3. Extended Delays: If unforeseen issues cause delays (e.g., problems with third-party sites), we request your patience for an additional 4 days beyond the initial delivery estimate. If services remain undelivered after this period, a full refund will be issued.
  4. Customer Cancellations: Refunds are not available for cancellations after work has commenced. If no work has been started, a full refund is available.
  5. Incorrect Orders: Immediate cancellations after purchase or before service commencement due to incorrect orders are fully refundable.
  6. Completion of Services: No refunds are issued once the service is completed and the final report is delivered.
